Best Brunch Spots

Seriously is there anything better than brunch? I honestlty don't think so...brunch is life! Here are some of my favourite spots.

Janine Café-Brunch/Régine Café: Address: 3900 Wellington St, Verdun, Quebec H4G 1V3

What to eat: If there's one thing you MUST HAVE is their homemade earl grey scone with mascarpone cream and house jam. I usually also have the chic croissant. It's with scrambled eggs, old cheddar, braised ham and a spinach bechamel. Miam!

Lemeac: 1045 Av. Laurier O, Outremont, QC H2V 2L1

What to eat: the fruit platter, labneh cheese and homemade doughnuts. This dish is my favourite, but anything you eat there is fantastic.

Les délices de Rosa-Grill: Address: 6262 Rue Principale, Saint-Calixte, QC J0K 1Z0

What to eat: I have to say, the "érablières crêpes" are a must! They also have many gluten free and keto options which are different from others places. They have a very unique menu and even the basic options you'd have elsewhere, taste different here.

Paparmane: 209 Notre-Dame St W, Montreal, Quebec H2Y 1T4

What to eat: this place is a vibe, it's a high tea restaurant. It's nice place to go with a few girlfriends and hang out for a bit. You normally get a platter per person or to share. You can add as an extra, a mini smoked meat sandwich that truly melts in your mouth. This restaurant is also a nice place to do an event such as a bridal party or a bachelorette.

Deli Pointe-Claire: Address: 51 Ave Donegani, Pointe-Claire, Quebec H9R 2V8

What to eat: the Lumber jack special. It's a dish composed of the basics; eggs, sausage, bacon, best crunchy potatoes and a beautiful fluffy pancake with brown butter and real maple syrup. This dish is simple, but so good!

September Surf Café: 2471 Notre-Dame St W, Montreal, Quebec H3J 1N6

What to eat: they have the best avocado toast I've ever had. It's so fresh and it's a burst of flavours in your mouth. They put this mixture of spices, pumpkin seeds over the avocado, with a slightly runny egg on top (I ask for my egg a bit over done as I normally hate yoke, but here it works). I also get an oat lattee. Their coffee is really good.
