General Shipping Information

Once your order has been placed and paid, the package will be shipped in the following 3-5 business days.  Online orders are only available for shipping in Canada for now and a standard fee of 12$ will be charged for all orders under 100$ before taxes.  There are items that will be charged an additional shipping fee du to weight or volume, but you will be notified in your shopping cart prior to checkout.  Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a shopping confirmation by email.

Inventory

Inventory is verified regulary, but unfortunately it can happen that an item you’ve ordered is out of stock.  We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible to find a solution.

Returns

Before returning any item, you must contact : contact@nemii.ca to initiate an exchange or return process.  Return charges will apply.  Once exchange or return has been approved and arranged; item must be returned with it’s original tags, box and in their original condition.  Clients are responsible for all shipping and handling fees in regards to your exchange or refund.  

We are not responsible for and missing packages or damages packages.  We reserved the right to deny any refund if we find the item doesn’t meet our refund policy.  Sale items and jewelery items are non refundable or exchageable; items are final sale.
